• Technical & log data (minimal) — such as IP address and user agent, captured by our hosting/email service providers for security and delivery.

• To send product updates, early access announcements, and newsletters you requested.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and mailing system.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Data retention

We retain your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Technical logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and operations.

Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers (“processors”) to deliver our newsletter and host our website. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

Our site is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your local law). We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
